What does this website collect?
We do not collect personal information through this website. It has no contact form, account, booking system, online payment or database, so there is nothing for you to fill in and nothing for us to store.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking, and we show no adverts. The homepage and the About Us page show a Google map of our shop.
Does this website use cookies?
This website does not set any cookies. It saves nothing in your browser apart from the normal copies of pages and images that make the site load faster, and the language you choose (English, Arabic or Hindi), so the site remembers it. That choice stays on your device and is never sent to us. Until you choose, the site opens in your browser’s language when it is one of these, and in English otherwise. Your device makes that choice; your language settings are not sent to us. Our hosting provider could add a short-lived security cookie if it needed to protect the site from an attack. That cookie would not be used to track you or show you adverts.
The Google map loads only when you scroll to it. Google may then set its own cookies, under its own privacy policy.
Which outside services does this website use?
The lettering and the code for the car animation are served from this website itself. When you open a page, your browser connects to the services below. Like any website connection, this shares technical details such as your IP address, your browser type and the page requested.
- Cloudflare hosts this website. It delivers the pages, protects the site from attacks and reports technical errors.
- Google Maps shows the map of our shop on the homepage and the About Us page, once you scroll to it.
Each company handles this information under its own privacy policy, and its computers may be outside the UAE. We do not receive your IP address or any other details about you from these services.
What happens when you contact us?
The WhatsApp, call, email and Instagram links on this website open that app or service. This website does not see or record what you send. WhatsApp links may start your message with a ready-made line naming the service, which you can change before sending.
When you contact us, we receive what you choose to share. This is usually your name, phone number, email address or Instagram account, your car’s make, model and year, photos of your car and your message.
WhatsApp, Instagram and your email provider are run by other companies, which handle your messages under their own privacy policies.
How do we use your information?
- To reply to your questions and tell you what suits your car.
- To arrange your visit and carry out the work you ask for.
- To keep the job records we need to run the shop.
We do not sell your information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them. We share your information only when we need to in order to complete your job, or when we are required to.
How is your information protected?
This website uses an encrypted connection and strict security settings, and it stores no visitor information. No service is completely secure, so please do not send us card details or copies of identity documents through messages.
What about children?
This website is for car owners and is not aimed at children. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.
